January 2006: The Zµ3500 ultra-precision and ultra-fine machining cell received the Technology Award for 2005 from The Japan Society for Precision Engineering.

In the Autumn Conference of 2005 at The Japan Society for Precision Engineering at Kyoto University, NTC won the prestigious Technology Award for Fine and Precision Machining under the Friction-less Non-Metal Contact category.

This verifies that the unprecedented machining achievements of the Zµ3500 have been highly evaluated at home and abroad.
