- The Maximum rate of rotation of the main axis is 8,000 min-1 (10,000 min-1 for N4H2 optionally).
- Fast-forward rate: 50m/min (X= 0.5G, Y = 0.5G, Z = 1.0G)
- Tool replacing time: 0.9 sec. (tool-to-tool) or 3.8 sec. (chip-to-chip)
Super high-speed operation has been materialized, by introducing the mechanical method ATC and the AC servo driving method. Furthermore, the high-pressure coolant main axis is equipped to enable high-speed/high-accuracy deep hole processing. Since the coolant is supplied from the edge surface of the main axis, the tapered part is always clean. |
Space-saving design and large jig space
Compact design with the machine width of 1,235mm has been applied in consideration of the production line arrangement. Furthermore, the X-axis stroke of 500mm is secured. Thus, the machine will save the installation space and secure a wider working area. In the case of N4H7, the machine width is 1,400mm and its X-axis stroke is 500mm. Since there is no obstacle such as ATC or piping on the top of the jig, larger volume and wider space for the jig part can be fully utilized. |
3-Axis Linear type
Not only improving the rigidity of the main axis but also the processing capability has been improved by increasing the number of axis from 2 to 3 as adding the Z axis. |
Linear Magazine
It is possible to replace tools of which the lifespan had been expired, during the M/C operation. It is optimum for 24-hour operations. |
