Realizing high-performance, high-speed and high-quality machining
Spindle motor output is AC 7.5/5.5 kW, and spindle speed is between 100 and 10,000 min-1.
A rolling guidance method emphasizes high speed and a rapid traverse of 40 m/min and acceleration of 0.5 G. The tool change time is 1.8 sec. (tool to tool), and 4.5 sec. (chip-to-chip). A shaft end lubrication type high-pressure coolant device (optional) is also available. |
Operator-friendly and environmentally friendly full-cover system
The use of the high-speed-compatible XY cover enables users to achieve multi-point machining. It completely prevents chips and coolant from dispersing out of the machine, and thus it is a operator-friendly and environmentally friendly machine. In addition, the machine width is now 1,500 mm, and there is no need for side face maintenance. |

A unique curvic coupling is adopted for table indexing, which guarantees high speed, high-rigidity and repeatability. |
