| The core of a new Customers Center has been established for us to reflect a first hand opinion of our customers directly onto our products. For this purpose the quality department, service department, and development department are involved in this Center. In addition, we have set up the production preparation group to control a production system of our plant more efficiently and manufacture the products efficiently. |

| Training Center |
| For supplying a technical service of world top level, we
have set up the training center to foster our excellent service
and to improve their technique. Not only an instruction of
our servicemen, but also instruction of our customers' operators
of our machines is the first place, and the most important
purpose of the Center. Additionally, in order to manufacture “Machine
of No Break” , the mission of the Training Center is
to make trainees master the production process from top-to-bottom,
and make them share their knowledge with their coworkers. |

| System of Development |
| The new System of Development has been set up with the first purpose of carrying out the quality and warranty. In order to meet the needs of customers, the Standard Development Department has been set up in the Customers Center to control development and standardization of the basic machines against the types of machines of all divisions. Our slogan is to develop the machines by listening to voices of our customers. |
